Vendor Registration

Welcome Everyone,

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the fifth annual Wellness Shines on the Green, in collaboration with Spring into Newburgh weekend. We are eager to build upon the momentum of past years’ events, and create an even more impactful experience for our community. We would be delighted if you could join us once more.

The 2025 Wellness Shines on the Green will take place on Saturday, May 10th, from 10AM to 5PM, and will be held in the historic downtown at the Safe Harbors Green on the corner of Broadway and Liberty Street. This area is filled with restaurants, shops, and historic sites, including Washington’s Headquarters and Museum. Our goal is to connect local practitioners with the Newburgh Community. We are looking to create a low-pressure social atmosphere to encourage community connections, mutual support and education. We will again share the Green with the Newburgh Farmers’ Market, while offering food, entertainment, classes for all ages, and raffles. We aim for this to be a fun and educational event for the whole family! We are also collaborating with a multitude of events during the Spring into Newburgh weekend, including the Safe Harbors 5K Run for the Green, Art on the Block, and Shop Downtown Newburgh.

There will be an early bird fee of $30 to participate as a vendor, to cover event costs. We hope that along with information about your services, you will provide free consultations and/or samples throughout the event. We are looking to create as much interaction and engagement with the community as possible. You are allowed to have items available for sale. If you would like to teach a class or offer a demonstration, there will be a location for free group classes and gatherings. All vendors must provide their own table, tent, and chairs. This event is an outdoors– rain or shine. This event isn't run by a non-profit or corporate organization. It’s intended as a collective effort by us and for us, as healthcare, wellness providers and business owners, to promote ourselves as well as benefit the Newburgh community.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form below to complete your application before March 10th for the early bird discount. After this deadline, registration will cost $40 and will be open until April 10th*. Once registration is confirmed, we will need your logo, a photo, a brief description of your business, and the services and/or classes you’ll be offering at the event. We will provide event logos, marketing materials, and additional information. We also will be holding a raffle fundraiser to support Safe Harbors 5K Run for the Green. Let us know what you would like to contribute! 

*Late registrations may be accepted only if space is available, however, your name and logo will not be included on printed promotional materials.

Can’t make it May 10th, but want to support the event? Please consider becoming a sponsor or donating a product or gift certificate for the raffle. We will promote you with announcements from our stage, distribute your promotional materials at the event, and on our website. More information can be found here.
